Home Zone Furniture Pick-Up Inspection Wasn't Careful
When I went to get my furniture to Home Zone, ran into a number of problems, even though they said everything had to be checked thoroughly before leaving the store. before anything else, had to endure a lengthy wait at the store before the inspection could even start. Timely assistance to customers appeared to be hindered by an apparent lack of staff members, the procedure itself seemed hasty and insufficient when it was my turn. In their haste to open the packages, the employees neglected to inspect each item carefully for flaws or damage. voiced my displeasure, the salesperson informed me that I should check the products' condition before I left the store. upon unpacking the furniture at home, noticed a number of dings and scratches that weren't there during the first inspection. Despite the store's advice to bring furniture pads or blankets, it was evident that the items had not been protected sufficiently during transport!! Can’t take the whole thing back, thx for the inspection.
