I bought about six pieces of furniture from Vivense, looking forward to a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when I attempted to return only two of the items. I contacted customer service regarding my return request, but it was denied without any clear explanation. I was surprised by the strict policies, particularly since the products didn't align with my requirements. I felt frustrated and disappointed by the lack of consideration in the process. The most frustrating part was the absence of responsibility and understanding I encountered during the process. Following this experience, my confidence in Vivense has been entirely shattered. I will not be buying from them again, and I strongly recommend that anyone thinking about their products take a moment to reconsider before making a purchase.
