Vivense Sofa Mismatch, Broken Legs, No Resolution After 3 Months
I purchased an item from the Vivense store and encountered a series of problems. We contacted customer service to file a request, and they assured us of a response within 24 hours. However, it's now the third day, and we haven't heard anything from them. As you can understand, the effort and service shown in the store until the purchase is made don't translate into attention or service after paying upfront for the product. While moving the furniture, they broke the column's plaster, and the personnel who came for assembly took materials from the building. On the day we sat on the couch, despite weighing only 93 kilograms, its leg broke from where it was fixed, and despite having three screw holes, it was mounted with only two screws. The color of the three-seater sofa doesn't match the other seats, and when they finally brought a replacement after a month, it still didn't match. It's been over three months, and they haven't fixed their mistakes. I ask you, do you think Vivense is a store worth choosing? Would you shop there again? However, the employees at the Dadaşkent store in Erzurum are helpful, except for the owner. If you understand what's right and wrong, I don't think subjecting someone to more than three months of suffering is justified. If hearts are content when they're upright, let them continue like this. I'll keep sitting on the ground. If the store owner went abroad to open a store and defended himself by saying "I have no idea" when faced with my repeated grievances and lack of compensation, then I haven't received the value of my money and my rights.
