IKEA Damaged Hasvik Cabinets and Poor Service

Previously, I planned to buy three Hasvik cabinets and a sliding wardrobe from your IKEA store, as well as an additional cabinet covered by the IKEA guarantee. Because the skeleton cabinets were not in stock, the staff recommended ordering them online through IKEA's website. Everything appeared to be in order until our order arrived. Despite having received price information in advance, including assembly fees for both the online-ordered cabinets and the shelves and drawers we purchased in-store, we discovered cracks and breaks in the boards of the delivered cabinets. The assembly team said they would arrange for the products to be picked up and replaced, but they couldn't give us a timeframe. IKEA has now received the full upfront payment, including service and assembly fees as well as online order fees. Why are my family and I being inconvenienced? Why are we paying the price for their carelessness? IKEA's lack of care was not what I expected. We had to spread the contents of the old cabinet throughout all the rooms in preparation for the assembly team's arrival because they requested a clean and empty area for assembly. As a result, as the purchased cabinet remains unassembled, our rooms will be in disarray during the upcoming Eid-al-Adha holiday on June 27, 2023. Broken wood and everything else awaiting installation are just sitting there, with no communication or updates from IKEA. While IKEA is a foreign company, they should be aware that Turkish customs and traditions call for guests to be welcomed in an organized and orderly manner, rather than causing such distress and inconvenience.
