I Got No Help Despite Waiting All Day for My Ikea Sofa Which Has Joint Issues




I recently bought a Kıvık series sitting group from the Kartal Ikea store, hoping for the usual Ikea quality. Unfortunately, not long after I brought the furniture home, I started noticing separations forming at the wooden joints. This is quite disappointing and concerning, especially considering the brand's reputation. I quickly reached out to Ikea's customer service, and they assured me that they would send a specialist to evaluate the situation. I rearranged my entire day to be available, waiting at home as instructed, but to my disappointment, no one showed up. No effort was made to provide any communication regarding the delay or to reschedule the appointment. I am incredibly unhappy with this experience. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a company of Ikea's stature. I had higher expectations for this situation, which has made me reconsider whether I should continue shopping with Ikea in the future.
