Myntra Sent Me a Worn-Out Dress and Blamed Me for Not Checking on Delivery
Expecting a brand-new product, I ordered a dress from Myntra, but what I got was a worn-out, damaged clothing that looked as though it had been used repeatedly. There were little tears and frayed threads all over the fading fabric. I was surprised by the answer I received when I called customer service asking for a replacement or refund. Rather than owning the problem, they blamed me, saying I ought to have checked the item upon arrival. Given often hurried deliveries, how can consumers check every detail? Their attitude was totally unhelpful and condescending. The service and product quality of Myntra really let down me. This experience makes me not advise anyone to shop from them. Simply said, the effort is not justified.
