Delivery Experience With Home Zone Furniture Full Of Unclear Timelines
The delivery service at Home Zone Furniture was terrible the other day. Even though I was given a four-hour delivery window, no specific time was given, so I have no idea when it will arrive. I had a hard time organising my day due to this haziness. Furthermore, despite my best efforts to cancel the delivery within 72 hours of the scheduled date, a $25 reschedule fee was applied, which seemed excessive considering the circumstances. Considering the size of the investment I made in Home Zone Furniture's products, I was hoping for better communication and more flexibility on their part.
