I made a purchase on April 22nd and was told it would be shipped within 2 business days. However, it's now April 26th and the order has not been sent out yet. Getting in touch with customer service is extremely difficult. Whenever you make a call, you're informed that you're 25th in line and unfortunately, the queue doesn't seem to progress. I sent an email to customer service, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a reply.
Ultimately, I have made the payment, yet I am left without the vacuum cleaner I had originally requested and no one to address my concerns to. I wish I could get in touch with them to cancel my order, but unfortunately, it seems impossible to reach them.
