Vivense Fails to Provide Even an Explanation for Undelivered Order for Over Half a Year Now

I placed an order at the end of February, and it's incredibly frustrating that it still hasn't been fulfilled. There's been no clear communication or updates—just vague responses whenever I inquire about my order. It feels like they're brushing me off without checking the details properly, treating me like I'm naive. All I ordered was 4 chairs and 1 bench, but apparently, they can't manage to deliver even that. It's not like I've ordered an entire roomful of furniture that would take months to prepare. If you're considering ordering custom fabric items from them, I'd strongly advise against it. They don't seem capable or reliable. They're not living up to their promises, and it's incredibly disappointing. I've lost faith in their competence and integrity. I won't be making any future purchases from them.

I have been waiting for months. Still no response. Stop sending standard messages. Focus on solving the problem. What kind of service policy is this? It's a shame, really.

Still no response. They send an email saying a message has been sent to your email address regarding your order, but there is no email. They have automated it; there is no solution, no one to contact, no response, but there are automated messages. Interesting. How else can a company put itself in a worse situation!
