Ashley Furniture Misled Us About Cancellation - Won't Refund

We purchased furniture from Ashley Home and paid a ₺100,000 deposit. Before signing, we specifically asked whether cancellation was possible and were told “yes,” but no one informed us about a 7-day cancellation limit. On day 12, after realizing the items wouldn’t fit in our living room, we attempted to cancel the order but were refused. We would never have placed the order if we had known these conditions upfront. No delivery date was given at the time of purchase, yet we are now told it will take 4 months. Ashley Home is refusing both cancellation and exchange, despite the misleading statements made by their staff. We feel completely misled and disappointed. This level of service is unacceptable for a global brand.

Disregarding customer satisfaction, despite our goodwill and transparency throughout the process, you referred us directly to your lawyers without ever offering a path to resolution, and after saying that if we do not continue the payment our house will be seized, this automatic response has unfortunately been quite meaningless.
