Holiganbet Ignored My Cancellation Request and Manipulated Gameplay Mechanics

I’ve been a member for 3 years, and Holiganbet has drained me both mentally and financially. I asked them to delete my membership—they gave me a cancellation form, which I filled out and submitted. Later, I checked and saw that my membership hadn’t been canceled. When I contacted live support, they told me the process takes 15 days, even though they hadn’t mentioned that at all in the beginning. Despite having a 200 Mbps internet connection and a new phone, the screen freezes every time there's a high tumble, and nothing pays out. This is definitely not a site I would recommend. What they’re doing is nothing but taking advantage of people’s good faith. They’ve completely lost my trust. The live chat is just automated replies, and in Gates of Olympus, a scatter symbol never lands on a line where there’s already one—yet it happened here. It’s clearly scripted.
