Head&Shoulders Caused Dandruff And Itching On My Hair

About 15 years ago, I had dandruff in my hair and bought Head and Shoulders to fix the problem. The dandruff was gone after the first wash. But for the second time in my life, I am getting dandruff again. I immediately bought Head and Shoulders, but this time the packaging was different, and it said it would keep my hairs safe for 72 hours. I washed and dried my hair, but to my surprise, the dandruff grew by 3–4 times. At first, I thought it might be a temporary problem, but unfortunately, the dandruff did not go away. I'm disappointed that the product didn't work this time, and I have no plans to use it again. Not recommended.
