My New Philips Ambilight TV Keeps Turning Off and Won’t Start

I purchased my Philips 55PUS8349 Ambilight TV about a month ago through Hepsiburada. Last Wednesday, the TV began turning off on its own for the first time. By Friday, it completely shut down and wouldn’t turn back on. During this time, I submitted a support request, but no one came and no solution was provided. The shutdown issue temporarily stopped, but then the TV stopped detecting Wi-Fi networks. Now it has started shutting down again and will not turn on at all.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the service team would call me, but no one has contacted me so far. My product is under warranty, and my order number is 7230451291.
I request that the source of the issue be identified and that the malfunction be permanently resolved. I expect this problem to be handled as soon as possible.
