My Philips 58PUS8506 Has a Chronic White-Screen Panel Issue

I purchased my Philips 58PUS8506/62 television from a store in Ankara in 2022, and for about a month I’ve been experiencing a white-screen issue caused by what appears to be a chronic panel failure. Even though the product is out of warranty, I learned that this is a common and widespread problem. I contacted both authorized and independent service centers, but the authorized service demanded extremely high repair fees because the warranty has expired.
I have the invoice for the product, and the TV is currently located at my address in Ankara/Keçiören. Since this is a chronic defect, I am requesting a free repair from Philips.
