My Philips Vacuum Came Without a Charger and With a Used Head


On November 16, 2025, I purchased a Philips 7043 Series upright electric vacuum cleaner from the Ankara Eryaman Gimsa Park Taşpınar store (Order/Invoice No: TP12025000211810). Before purchasing, I was informed that the battery would be “shocked” and prepared before delivery, and that the product had an automatic shut-off feature, which I agreed to. However, when I received the product, I noticed that the cleaning head had clearly been used—it had hair and dust clumps on it. In addition, the charger was missing from the box.
I immediately notified the store and brought the product back. The store gave me a demo charger, but they claimed the cleaning head was not used. Despite visible hair and dust, they refused to help. When I asked to return the product, my return request was rejected. Taşpınar directed me to Philips service; Philips service said the store should handle it. Both sides keep shifting responsibility, and my problem remains unresolved.
The authorized service, Öz Öztürk Elektronik Philips Ankara Keçiören, inspected the product. I would like to emphasize that this same Philips service center is the one that sent me a used and incomplete product. They also provided no solution.
I never used the product, and receiving something used and missing parts instead of a brand-new item is unacceptable. I paid $330 in cash, and the product is under warranty. I request either a completely new and complete product or acceptance of my return.
