I am experiencing two different problems with my Philips 50PUS3118/62 television. For about two months, my TV has been turning on by itself every morning, and this happens almost every day. In addition, ever since the day I bought it, the TV refuses to turn on every 3–4 days, and this issue repeats constantly. The authorized service team has come twice and installed updates, but the problems were not fixed. After this experience, I’ve decided I will no longer purchase Philips or Bosch products. Philips is not a quality brand in my opinion, and their customer service is very poor.
Because of these issues, I called the authorized service twice. They updated the TV, but the issues continue and have not been resolved. My TV is under warranty, and I purchased it from the Dudullu Bosch service store. I have the invoice and the warranty document.
Due to everything I’ve experienced, I request a full product replacement. I kindly ask for my issues to be resolved as soon as possible.
