H&M Gift Card Refund Issue And Lost Balance After Return

I used a gift card I received from an in-store return at the H&M Akasya Mall location in Istanbul for an online purchase. Later, I returned the product I bought online, and I was told that the refund amount had been reloaded onto the same gift card. However, when I originally received the gift card in-store, I was never informed that I needed to keep the card. After using it, I threw it away.

Now, I am unable to access my refund because the gift card number is not being shared with me, and the refunded amount is not being redirected to another card or alternative solution. Although the refund for my online order number 76214525121 is visible in the system, every time I contact customer service, they repeat the same responses without offering any concrete resolution.

I am requesting that the refund amount for this order be reissued on a new gift card and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
