H&M App Charged My Card Twice Without Creating an Order
On December 15, 2025, at around 2:00 PM, I tried to make a purchase through the H&M app using my Yapı Kredi bank card. Even though the payment screen showed the transaction as approved, no order number was created. Despite this, my card was charged twice—one charge of approximately $100 and another of about $80.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I called customer service and was told that the problem would be resolved and the necessary steps would be taken. However, even after one full day, no refund has appeared in my account, no order was created, and I have not received any clear information regarding the amounts that were charged.
I am requesting that the amounts charged to my card be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible and that the entire process be communicated to me clearly and in writing.
