I request that the same product be urgently sourced and delivered to me. The amount shown on the receipt is ₺894, while the current selling price of the product is ₺1,000. During the school term, I was told the issue would be resolved within two weeks, yet the process has been ongoing since October 13, 2025, and the backpack still has not been delivered. I kindly request that this communication failure and delay be resolved as soon as possible and that the same backpack be quickly supplied and handed over to me.
