Guess Jacket Defect After One Month and Warranty Claim Denied

My experience with a jacket I purchased from the Guess Akbatı AVM store for approximately $250 has been a complete disappointment. Less than a month after purchasing the product, the belt connection point on the jacket broke on its own without any misuse.
Following this issue, I returned the jacket to the store for inspection. About a week later, I was only verbally informed that the product was “not covered under warranty.” However, I was not provided with any official inspection report. Although I was told that an email would be sent to me, I have not received any communication to this day.
In other words, not only was the outcome negative, but the entire process lacked transparency. For a product at this price level, I find this careless and non-transparent approach unacceptable. I believe customer satisfaction has been completely ignored, and my issue has neither been resolved nor taken seriously.
As a result of this experience, my trust in the Guess brand has been significantly damaged. I request that this product be evaluated as defective, and that either a replacement or a full refund be provided.
I would also like to inform you that I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Court regarding this matter.
