I tried to bring back one of the bags I purchased 12 days ago, but they told me I can't return it. I didn't expect this from a big company. I went there myself, thinking they have a lot of different products and care about their customers. I should have checked online reviews before going. They put a "non-returnable" stamp on the receipt. I messed up by not asking or checking the receipt, but I've never seen a method like this in any store before. I will never shop there again. Oh, and they give you a check that you can use at any branch for 24 months. It sounds awesome, right? But you know what? If you lose the receipt or something happens, you'll lose your money. In today's world of technology, if you don't have physical cash, your money disappears. I'm going to complain to Consumer Rights. I don't have to buy from you, and I won't.
