On March 29, 2024, I rented a car from the Greenmotion Levent Kanyon branch. We returned the car to the same location on April 27, 2024. However, in the following days, we realized that our invoice wasn't issued, and the ₺2000 deposit charged from our credit card upon vehicle pickup wasn't refunded. When we contacted the branch, we were informed that the invoice would be issued, and the refund would be processed afterward. Upon issuance of the invoice, we discovered that an additional ₺1500 was added under the guise of detailed cleaning expenses. When we inquired about this, they claimed there were feathers on the seats. However, we have documentation showing that the seats were stained when we picked up the car. We kindly request appropriate action to be taken.
