Greenmotion Double-Charged Me for a Car Rental—No Refund from Booking

I booked a rental car through Booking for Greenmotion at Bodrum Milas Airport under my brother’s name. When we arrived, they claimed that his Findeks credit score was too low, so they forced me to rebook the car under my name.

The Greenmotion staff assured me that the original payment of ₺3,150 would be automatically refunded since the first booking was never processed. However, despite their claims and multiple follow-up emails, my money was never refunded.

Now, I have paid for the same car twice, and there is no customer service number for Turkey to contact. I received an email stating they will not issue a refund, which is completely unacceptable. I will be taking legal action against both Greenmotion and Booking. Avoid Booking’s rental service at all costs!
