I booked and paid for a 2-day car rental via the Yolcu360 platform, to be picked up from Green Motion’s Ataşehir branch.... However, when I arrived to collect the car, they claimed I couldn’t rent due to an issue with my Findeks report. This was shocking since my Findeks score has always been excellent
