On March 29, 2024, I rented a car from the Greenmotion Levent Kanyon branch. We returned the car to the same location on... April 27, 2024. However, in the following days, we realized that our invoice wasn't issued, and the ₺2000 deposit charged from our credit card upon vehicle pickup wasn't refunded.
