Damage Fees Unfairly Charged By Green Motion Rental Company

I used the Yolcu360 app to rent a car for a week from the Green Motion Kadıköy branch. When I got back, they ended up charging me about ₺1200 for a small issue they found on the right side of the back seat and took the payment from my credit card. The staff member said they were swamped during the return and that old forms would be looked at later. Assuming they were really busy, I agreed and signed the form. During the rental period, only one person sat in the back seat for an hour, so it's impossible for the issue to have happened while I had the car. I've been telling them for three days that the damage is not mine, but it hasn't made a difference. My second time renting from Green Motion was around two years back, and they ended up charging me ₺800 for a cigarette burn. I was able to get a refund because it wasn't my fault. Don't ever rent from Green Motion; they'll charge you for damages you didn't do. You're going to be sorry.

Hello Dear Officer, There has been no response regarding the matter yet. Based on my previous emails, you claim that the deformation you found was not mentioned in the old forms. I stated that I would like to review the old forms you examined, but you did not respond. The invoice of 1200 TL issued to me was issued by Metal Oto, namely Green Motion. I am requesting the invoice from the service where you allegedly had this deformation repaired, but again, you did not respond. In this case, I want you to know that I will pursue legal action as I do not accept that this deformation belongs to me.
