I booked and paid for a 2-day car rental via the Yolcu360 platform, to be picked up from Green Motion’s Ataşehir branch. However, when I arrived to collect the car, they claimed I couldn’t rent due to an issue with my Findeks report. This was shocking since my Findeks score has always been excellent, and I’ve had no issues renting cars monthly as a company owner.
I even offered to check my score using the Findeks app on my phone, but they refused to cooperate or provide a clear explanation of the issue. I emphasized that I was in a hurry to catch a flight and couldn’t afford delays, but they remained unhelpful and dismissive.
As a result, I had to walk approximately 2 km to find another rental company. They checked my Findeks score, confirmed no issues, and promptly provided a car. However, I was late for my flight and endured unnecessary stress due to Green Motion's unprofessionalism.
I strongly urge Yolcu360 to reconsider working with such unreliable companies. This experience was deeply frustrating, and I expect an immediate resolution to this matter.
