Gotogate Order 40-908216969 - Failure To Resolve Flight Change Request

Hello, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my flight change request for the route Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Over a period of six consecutive days, I contacted your customer service department twice daily to request a change to my flight ticket. On each occasion, I was informed that the support team was actively working on my case and that I would receive a callback within a few hours. Despite these repeated assurances, I never received any follow-up communication from your team. As my departure time approached and no resolution had been provided, I was left with no alternative but to purchase a new ticket at my own expense, less than two hours before my scheduled flight. This situation is entirely unacceptable. The lack of follow-through, the repeated unfulfilled commitments, and the absence of any timely resolution represent a serious failure in customer service standards. I am therefore formally requesting a full refund for the additional ticket I was compelled to purchase as a direct result of your team's inaction. They tried to reach me, but I have already said 50 times that my phone is not available due to my travelling. I expect a written response to this complaint within 7 business days.

I contacted Gotogate twice daily for 6 days regarding my flight change request, but I received no response. As a result, I had to purchase a new ticket two hours before my flight, and I am requesting a full refund. So far, I have not received any solution or reply.
