On March 2, 2025, I booked a round-trip ticket to Phuket, Thailand through the agency Gotogate, under order number 1050-989-833. Unfortunately, the outbound flight was canceled due to a schedule change made by IndiGo Airlines (PNR: I2S9TM). According to the airline, they processed the full refund of INR 96,855.45 on March 21, 2025, and transferred the amount directly to Gotogate.
Despite the airline fulfilling its responsibility, Gotogate has still not transferred the refund to my account, even as of May 15, 2025—nearly two months later. I’ve waited patiently, assuming delays could happen, but it’s unacceptable at this point. I have not received any meaningful updates, and customer service has failed to provide a clear timeline or resolution.
It is deeply frustrating that I have to chase down a refund that was already issued to the agency weeks ago. This lack of transparency and urgency from Gotogate is completely unprofessional. I demand that Gotogate immediately deposit the full refund into my account and provide an explanation for the delay. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for money that is rightfully theirs.
