On June 18, 2025, I canceled my Istanbul–Bali flight, which I had booked through Gotogate using my credit card. The airline has already processed the refund and sent the payment to Gotogate. Yet, after nearly a full month, I have not received a single cent back.
I’ve contacted Gotogate customer service multiple times, and each time, I’m either given vague responses or no explanation at all. I’m simply told that the process is ongoing—but there’s no clear timeline, no confirmation email, no proper follow-up.
This is completely unacceptable. My order number is 1076-280-891, and the booking reference is 94AWCP. There is no excuse for holding a customer’s money after the airline has completed the refund on their end.
I demand immediate reimbursement to my credit card. Gotogate, take responsibility and return my money now. This experience has been exhausting, and I will not let it go unresolved.
