Gillette Blue3 Plus Razors Broke And Injured Me





On 30.12.2025, I purchased a pack of six Gillette Blue3 Plus razors from the Ekinoba Migros branch and paid ₺400 for the product; however, I was unable to get a proper shave even once. While taking the razors out of the package, the tips of the blades broke in my hand, causing injuries, and when I attempted to shave, the heads of four razors broke on my cheek, while the remaining two had already broken during unboxing, leaving all six completely unusable. This situation not only put my health at risk but also resulted in a total waste of the money I paid, causing significant distress. I tried to contact Migros and Gillette customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone or receive any response. As a result, I was forced to buy a single razor from a local grocery store just to be able to shave at all; without it, I would not have been able to shave. I request that this serious quality issue and the harm I experienced be thoroughly investigated, that the defective products be returned or that the amount I paid be refunded, and that the matter be handled with due seriousness from a health and safety perspective.
