Oral-B Electric Toothbrush Batteries Failed in Less Than a Year

I purchased three Oral-B electric toothbrushes from Migros for my spouse, child, and myself. Unfortunately, all three toothbrushes stopped holding a charge before their first year of use. Now, we can’t even complete a single brushing session on a full charge.
I contacted Oral-B’s customer service to report the issue and explained that I live in Siirt. They directed me to the nearest service center in Diyarbakır. However, despite repeatedly calling the provided number, I couldn’t reach anyone who could assist me.
This has been a complete disappointment. Three toothbrushes, all less than a year old, are now unusable. I request immediate assistance or replacement for these defective products. Oral-B needs to address this quality issue promptly.
