BGMI Unauthorized Purchase by Minor, Refund Appeal After Apple Rejection

I am writing regarding an unauthorized in‑app purchase made in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) through the Apple App Store. On 23 October 2026, an order for “6000 UnknownCash” worth ₹8,500 was purchased via UPI from my Apple account without my permission by my younger brother, who is a minor. I did not authorize this transaction and I do not want this UC on the account. I first contacted Apple Support and requested a refund through the “Report a Problem” page. Apple reviewed the case, gave a final “Refund Denied” decision on that page and informed me that BGMI/the game developer refused to pay back the money, so they advised me to contact the BGMI developers directly. I have also received a rejection notification for this refund request even though a previous, different purchase had been refunded successfully. This situation affects me financially because ₹8,500 is a significant amount and the purchase was clearly accidental and made by a child without my knowledge. I am not using this UC and I am ready for it to be removed from the account. Considering that a minor was involved and that I did not intentionally make this purchase, I kindly request that you treat this case as an exception. I kindly request a full refund of ₹8,500 for the 6000 UC purchase made on 23 October 2026 and the reversal/removal of the corresponding UC from the BGMI account. I ask that you review the order history and Apple’s case notes again and resolve this issue in my favor by processing the refund as an exception due to the child’s unauthorized purchase.
