On 04/07/2025, I purchased a Bosch Advanced 160 bar pressure washer from a Koçtaş store. I didn’t check the contents of the box in the store and carefully transported it home in my own vehicle. The box showed no signs of damage. However, when I opened it, I discovered that the plastic housing around the handle was cracked or broken. I didn’t even plug the machine in or attempt to use it. It arrived in this condition. I contacted the Koçtaş customer service in Manisa and was told that a return or exchange was not possible—they could only create a service request. I was also told to pursue legal channels if I was unhappy. I believe that a product found to be damaged upon first opening, without any use, should be eligible for an immediate return or exchange, not a service process. Koçtaş’s stance is weak in terms of customer satisfaction and left me very let down. My request is for an immediate return or replacement of this unused, defective product. If necessary, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
