Gillette Blue 2 Plus Razors from Carrefour Are Defective and Useless

I purchased two 10-pack Gillette Blue 2 Plus razors from Carrefour. When I tried using them for shaving at home, the blades did not work at all—they wouldn’t cut properly. I even tested three blades from the pack, but none were effective. I immediately contacted customer service before opening the second pack.
They requested the code on the product’s packaging and instructed me to email them with pictures of the product. Despite doing this, I waited 4–5 days without a response. When I followed up, they asked me to send the email again, but there was still no resolution.
To make matters worse, they sent me a customer satisfaction survey, which felt ironic given their lack of support. I am requesting a proper investigation into this defective product, along with a refund or replacement with a functional product. Please resolve this issue promptly.
