Getcontact Wrongfully Charged ₺214.99 Instead of ₺48.99 and Premium Features Not Working

On September 1, 2025, I attempted to purchase a Premium subscription on the Getcontact app using my Android device. The app clearly displayed the monthly fee as ₺48.99, and I confirmed the purchase based on that price. However, instead of ₺48.99, a charge of ₺214.99 was deducted from my Türk Telekom line (number ending in 5538****83).

At no point was I shown any notice or disclaimer indicating that a higher fee would be charged. To make matters worse, after the purchase, I was unable to access any of the promised Premium features—such as seeing how others saved my number.

I have not contacted Getcontact customer service about this issue before, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem.

I demand a full refund of the ₺214.99 that was wrongfully taken from my account and a clear explanation as to why I was charged more than the displayed price. Customers should not be misled by incorrect pricing or denied access to the features they paid for.
