I Got Charged ₺48 by Getcontact Without My Consent After Downloading the App

Today, I came across the Getcontact app and decided to download it out of curiosity. However, shortly after installing it, I was shocked to see that ₺48 was withdrawn from my account without any confirmation or authorization from me. I never approved any subscription or payment, and this charge appeared without any prior warning.

As a student, every amount matters to me, and this unauthorized deduction has left me feeling taken advantage of. I didn’t even get a chance to understand what features I was paying for—if any. There was no pop-up, no opt-in, and no clarity on what I was being charged for.

I’m requesting a full and immediate refund of the ₺48 that was charged to my account. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure no further unauthorized charges occur.
