Getcontact Wrongfully Charged ₺48.99 for Unintended Premium Subscription

On September 5, 2025, a Premium monthly subscription was mistakenly activated on my Getcontact account, and ₺48.99 was charged. I did not intend to start this subscription, nor did I give deliberate consent for it. Since the subscription was activated without my clear approval, I have not yet canceled it or contacted customer service.

This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and it is both frustrating and unfair.

I request the immediate cancellation of this unwanted Premium subscription and a full refund of the ₺48.99 charged to my account. I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation that my account will not be billed again for services I never intended to use.
