GetContact Subscription Not Canceled, Unused Service Charged

A month or two ago, I attempted to cancel my GetContact subscription, assuming it was successfully terminated. However, I recently discovered that the cancellation didn’t go through, and I was charged for a service I haven’t used.

Initially, curiosity led me to explore the app and opt for the Premium subscription, but the cancellation process turned out to be misleading or faulty. Now, despite not using the service, my money was deducted without warning. To make matters worse, there’s no accessible customer support to address this issue.

I demand a prompt refund for the unauthorized charge and request a clear cancellation process to avoid this confusion for other users in the future.
