I Face “No Results” Error on Getcontact Premium Despite Active Subscription

About two months ago, I purchased a 6-month Premium subscription on the Getcontact app, paying approximately ₺188. I’m using the latest version of the app on my Android device, and my internet connection works perfectly. However, for the past 10 days, every time I try to use the number lookup feature, I receive the same error message: “We can’t show any results.” This issue occurs with every phone number I try and has been persistent without interruption.

I haven’t contacted customer support yet regarding this issue. I request that the problem be fixed as soon as possible; otherwise, I expect a refund for my Premium subscription. My registered phone number is 0543*82.
