Getcontact Charged Me for Premium but Didn’t Activate My Subscription

I purchased a one-year Getcontact Premium membership, and ₺300 was deducted from my account. However, my Premium subscription has not been activated, and it has been over a week now. Despite the payment being processed, the app keeps asking me to subscribe again.

I checked my bank statement, and the transaction is clearly there, yet it doesn’t show up on the Play Store either. I have used Premium before, and I have never experienced an issue like this.

I demand an immediate activation of my Premium membership or a full refund. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible!
