I bought what I thought were high-quality, attractive sweatpants from the Espark Mall in Eskişehir. Unfortunately, after just two washes, they significantly shrunk. Initially, the store staff were very attentive and helpful when I reported the issue.
They sent the product to their central office for inspection, but unfortunately, my exchange request was denied. We repeated this process, but again, the response was negative.
As a consumer, I'm wondering why it's so difficult to resolve this issue. There are no tears or visible deformities; the product simply shrunk, and now I can't wear it. It's frustrating to invest in what I believed was a quality item, only to have it become unwearable after following proper care instructions.
I'm disappointed that despite the initial helpfulness of the store staff, the company won't stand behind their product. It makes me question whether I should continue to trust and purchase from this brand in the future.
