I wish to return my online items to a Gap store. What are the returning options?

To return your online purchases to a Gap store, follow these steps:

• Find a store near you that carries the brand of the item you purchased. For example, if you purchased an item from Gap.com, find a Gap retail store.

• Bring the item to the store in the package it arrived in, along with either your shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device) or the original credit card used to make the purchase.

• Inform the sales associate that you wish to return the item. They will assist you in processing the return.

It's important to note that you can return Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta items purchased online to the appropriate store, but not to Factory or Outlet locations. Additionally, for items marked as ""Mail only,"" merchandise must be returned via mail, so check your shipping confirmation email for instructions.
