Gap Factory and regular Gap store return policies are similar:
Both Gap Factory and Gap stores accept unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, you'll need the receipt or shipping confirmation email. You can also return the jeans to a Gap Factory or store or mail them using a prepaid return label included with your online order.
Both stores accept GapCash for returns and may give you store credit or a refund in GapCash. Some deeply discounted sale items at Gap and Gap Factory may have return restrictions, so check the receipt or product information.
