Lint Formation on a Newly Purchased Zipper GAP Sweatshirt

I'm having issues with the zipper on the GAP sweatshirt I bought for 1300 ₺ from the GAP store at Metropol Mall. Even though I've only washed it once, it's got a lot of lint and pilling. I called the store and asked them to come and check, but after they came and checked, they told me that they didn't find any issues. I couldn't get my problem solved at the store, so I contacted GAP Turkey headquarters, but they didn't give me a positive response either. Is 1300 ₺ really considered a small amount of money? During these tough times when making money is challenging, I'm someone who strives to purchase top-notch products and make them last for a long time. But this product was really disappointing. There's lint all over the back, the sleeves, and the front - basically, everywhere. GAP is a well-known brand that is recognized worldwide for its high-quality products. However, I had a really disappointing experience with them because they were unable to solve my problem. I hope I can find a solution here to exchange or return the product.
