GAP Mobile App Payment Error Prevented My Order

On September 22, I tried to place an order through the GAP mobile app during the Ekinoks sale, but due to a payment error, my order couldn’t be completed. I attempted the payment with three different cards, but each time, I was redirected back to the orders page. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed it as a temporary issue and simply suggested trying again.
What’s the point of running a promotion if customers can’t take advantage of it? I’ve experienced similar issues with other brands, and they provided gift vouchers to ensure customer satisfaction. Here, however, there was no effort to resolve the issue—just a “the sale is over, nothing we can do” response. This lack of care is incredibly frustrating!
