Garena Support Did Not Resolve My Free Fire Account Ban

I am writing about my Free Fire account, which has been banned, and I would like to request that the ban be removed. My Free Fire Player ID is 1041180474, and the ban has been in place since February 23, 2022.

I do not use hacks or unauthorized tools, and I always try to play fairly. This account is very important to me, and I value the time and effort I have invested in it.

I previously tried to contact support using my email address, safuddin****@gmail.com, but I did not receive a solution.

I kindly request that my account be carefully reviewed and that the ban on Player ID 1041180474 be removed if possible. I would appreciate it if you could check my account history again and restore my access to the account.
