GAP Order First Tagged as "Being Prepared" Were Reported to Be Lost by the Customer Service
I made a 4-item purchase from GAP Turkey on 24.11.2023. For three weeks, my items appeared as "being prepared" in the system. When I contacted GAP Turkey, despite the system showing available stock, they claimed that the shipment was "lost" and initiated a return. I don't understand how items delivered to the store can be lost. Some items still have available stock. Even if they are lost, I don't understand why the items in stock are not being sent. GAP Turkey held onto my money for three weeks, and when I called them, they issued a refund. This is an embarrassing situation. I paid in advance for items that never reached the bank. When I called, they were told these are normal issues that every brand faces during sales periods. If you don't have a team capable of handling these issues, you shouldn't run these sales. Moreover, you had conditions that could have been resolved within three weeks without refund. Additionally, customer service never responds to emails or requests created through the application. They seem to dead on keeping your money in their possession for an extended period.
