I Can’t Access My Cart on Nike App or Website to Complete My Order

For nearly a month now, I’ve been completely unable to place an order through Nike’s official website or mobile app. Every time I add a product to my cart, I encounter an error and can’t proceed with the purchase. On the app, it says “We couldn’t open your cart,” and on the website, it gives the message “We encountered a problem with your request.”

This issue has persisted since early March and still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve tried multiple times on different days, different devices, even reinstalling the app—but nothing changes. I find it extremely frustrating that a global brand like Nike has such a critical technical issue affecting its core shopping functionality, yet seems to be doing nothing to fix it.

All I want is to complete my purchase, but I’m being blocked by a technical problem no one seems to care about. Nike, please fix this issue immediately and allow customers to access their carts and place their orders without unnecessary delays.
