I am filing this complaint directly against the Paidwork company and its support team.
For about one year, I have been unable to activate my Paidwork account on the Android app because the activation link never arrives in my Gmail inbox, which is linked to the account (98nainashre****@gmail.com). Even though I have repeatedly tried to resend the activation email during this entire period, the message never arrives. Because of this, I have not been able to activate or properly use my account.
I contacted Paidwork support regarding this issue, but the problem still has not been resolved, and I remain stuck at the email activation stage.
I request that my Paidwork account associated with the email address 98nainashre****@gmail.com be checked and activated, and that a permanent solution be provided so I can finally use Paidwork without this activation problem continuing.
